Muslim Sisters of Éire is collecting anonymous stories of Islamophobia in Ireland. If you’ve experienced Islamophobia in Ireland—or witnessed it affecting someone close to you—your story matters.
We are inviting community members to share their experiences through a short, anonymous form that takes about 3 minutes to complete. The aim is community-led: to better understand what people are facing and to make space for experiences that are too often dismissed, minimised, or left unheard.
Your experience doesn’t need to be “serious enough” to count. Everyday moments matter, too—a comment, a look, a pattern at work or school, a moment on public transport, or a change in how you’re treated once people know you’re Muslim. Recent or years ago: your story is welcome.
This form welcomes stories that are:
- Big or small
- Recent or not recent
- About something that happened to you directly or that you experienced within your community
- Anonymous by design: no name, email, or identifying details
When you submit, you can decide whether your story can be shared or whether it should be kept private. Your safety, comfort, and boundaries come first.
