University of Limerick: Food Poverty Panel

I was honoured to be asked to speak at the University of Limerick in relation to food poverty during research week. Speaking about the first-hand experience we have down at the GPO every week of real-life food poverty. There was a great panel of speakers from dietitians to researchers and much more.
The findings that were presented were quite startling in that a huge percentage of the population of Ireland is suffering from food poverty.
