Our Wellbeing Morning was a serene and uplifting event designed to promote emotional, mental, and spiritual wellness among women in our community. The morning featured mindfulness exercises, breathing techniques, and guided reflections, along with interactive sessions on managing stress and maintaining balance in everyday life.
Attendees had the chance to engage with guest speakers who shared practical tools for self-care and mental health awareness, emphasising the Islamic perspective on wellbeing and inner peace. The event encouraged participants to slow down, reflect, and nurture both their physical and spiritual health.
With gentle music, herbal teas, and a soothing atmosphere, the day embodied calm and connection. It reminded us that caring for ourselves is a vital part of serving our families and communities — and that wellbeing, when rooted in faith, becomes an act of worship.
