Our ongoing Women’s Coffee Mornings are now being held directly within IPAS centres, bringing warmth, sisterhood, and meaningful connection right to where the women live. These gatherings provide a welcoming space for women in the centres to share their stories, discuss community issues, and build supportive friendships over a comforting cup of coffee.
Each session centres around themes of empowerment, family, and faith, with guest facilitators occasionally leading discussions on wellbeing, parenting, and personal growth.
The setting within IPAS centres makes these mornings even more special — offering accessibility, consistency, and a sense of belonging for women who may otherwise face social isolation.
Through laughter, open conversation, and shared experiences, these coffee mornings foster confidence, resilience, and solidarity among women in the IPAS community — reminding us that even small gatherings can have a profound impact.
